I’ve been struggling for the past few weeks trying to cope with my specific phobias. It’s been a nightmare, but I started practicing this positive mantra and I’m already seeing some improvement in my anxiety levels.
Do you ever feel like you’re missing out on so much just because of your fears? Remember that you deserve to experience all of the wonderful things that we have been blessed with on this planet. It’s difficult to overcome phobias, but it can be done and you are absolutely worth the effort. I just wanted to share this for anyone else who could use it right now! ♡
