    Light some candles.

    Read a book.

    Drink a cup of tea.

    Breathe in the fresh air from outside.

    Hug a family member or a friend and tell them how much they mean to you.

    Go on a walk.

    Take a short nap.

    Have a dance party.

    Drink some water.

    Make yourself a fancy meal or your favorite meal.

    Practice yoga.

    Put on a face masks and do your nails.

    Turn your phone off for a couple hours or even a day.

    Clean out your closet.

    Color or doodle. It doesn’t have to be good. You can doodle how you feel as a way to vent.

    Surround yourself with positivity and people who are good for you.

    Watch your favorite movie or show.

    Go on a Netflix binge watch.

    List reasons as to why you love yourself and why you are strong.

    Listen to some relaxing music or sounds.

    Take a warm shower.

    Go out with a friend.

    If you are feeling sad, let yourself cry. It’s okay and healthy for you to let out your emotions. Let yourself feel.

    Let yourself have that cookie or ice cream. It won’t be the end of the world.

    Tidy up your home or bedroom.

    Wear something you’re comfortable in.

    Redecorate.

    Buy yourself some flowers.

    Invest in a stress ball.

    If you need or want to be alone, let people know and just make time for yourself.

    If you want or need to talk to someone, tell a family member or a trusty friend.

    Write down your feelings and rant into a diary.
